A creamy, cheesy, bacon-packed chicken lasagna inspired by everyone's favorite "crack chicken" dip—layered with ranch flavor and baked to bubbly perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • - 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1 cup ranch dressing
  • - 9 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • - 1 ½ cups crumbled bacon
  • - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1 ½ cups milk
  • - 1 tbsp butter
  • - 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 9x13-inch dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch until smooth. Stir in chicken and half the bacon.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour, then milk until thickened. Remove from heat. Add garlic powder, half the mozzarella and cheddar. Stir until melted.
  4. Assemble: Spread a little cheese sauce on dish bottom. Layer 3 noodles, half the chicken mixture, ⅓ of cheese sauce. Repeat. Finish with noodles and remaining cheese sauce.
  5. Top with remaining bacon and cheeses.
  6. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Uncover, bake 10–20 more until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience
- Great for meal prep and freezer meals
- Add chopped green onions or hot sauce for extra kick
