Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 9x13-inch dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch until smooth. Stir in chicken and half the bacon.
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour, then milk until thickened. Remove from heat. Add garlic powder, half the mozzarella and cheddar. Stir until melted.
- Assemble: Spread a little cheese sauce on dish bottom. Layer 3 noodles, half the chicken mixture, ⅓ of cheese sauce. Repeat. Finish with noodles and remaining cheese sauce.
- Top with remaining bacon and cheeses.
- Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Uncover, bake 10–20 more until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
