Easy refrigerator pickles made with fresh vegetables and a simple tangy brine, perfect for adding flavor and crunch to any meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vegetables
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Garlic
  • Spices and herbs

Equipment

  • Glass jar
  • saucepan
  • knife

Method
 

  1. Prepare vegetables
  2. Add to jars
  3. Make brine
  4. Pour over vegetables
  5. Seal and cool
  6. Refrigerate 24–72 hours

Notes

Use pickling salt only
Do not reuse brine
Customize flavors easily
Best after 48 hours
