Ingredients

  • For the Crust:
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • For the Cheesecake Filling:
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • cups cold milk
  • For the Strawberry Side:
  • cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup strawberry glaze or jam
  • ½ cup crushed golden Oreos or vanilla wafer crumbs
  • For the Banana Pudding Side:
  • 2 –3 ripe bananas sliced
  • Extra vanilla wafer crumbs for topping

Equipment

  • 9x13-inch pan, mixer, mixing bowls, spatula

Method

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press firmly into a foil- or parchment-lined 9x13 pan. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick; fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream until light and creamy. Spread over the crust.
  5. Top one half with strawberries, glaze, and cookie crumbs. Top the other half with banana slices and vanilla wafer crumbs.
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

Soften cream cheese fully. Whip cream to stiff peaks. Chill thoroughly for clean slices. Use ripe but firm bananas. Overnight chill improves texture and flavor. Keep covered in the refrigerator. Best within 2–3 days for optimal banana appearance. Excellent for parties and potlucks.
