Tender pork chops baked over sliced potatoes in a creamy mushroom and onion soup sauce. Ingredients:

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Salt pepper, paprika to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking dish.
  • Layer potatoes, season lightly.
  • Add seasoned pork chops on top.
  • Mix soup, milk, and onion mix. Pour over dish.
  • Cover with foil and bake 45–60 mins.
  • Optional: Uncover last 5 mins for browning.
  • Rest 5 mins, serve with sauce spooned over.
