Tender pork chops baked over sliced potatoes in a creamy mushroom and onion soup sauce. Ingredients:

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Salt pepper, paprika to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking dish.
  2. Layer potatoes, season lightly.
  3. Add seasoned pork chops on top.
  4. Mix soup, milk, and onion mix. Pour over dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake 45–60 mins.
  6. Optional: Uncover last 5 mins for browning.
  7. Rest 5 mins, serve with sauce spooned over.
