Pork Chop Supreme
Tender pork chops baked over sliced potatoes in a creamy mushroom and onion soup sauce.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 4 potatoes thinly sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- ¼ cup milk
- Salt pepper, paprika to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking dish.
Layer potatoes, season lightly.
Add seasoned pork chops on top.
Mix soup, milk, and onion mix. Pour over dish.
Cover with foil and bake 45–60 mins.
Optional: Uncover last 5 mins for browning.
Rest 5 mins, serve with sauce spooned over.
