- In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, onion, garlic powder, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Gently fold in green beans and half the bacon.
- Lightly grease slow cooker (3–4 quart). Add green bean mixture evenly.
- Combine crushed crackers with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
- Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle remaining bacon before serving. Serve warm.

- For vegetarian option, omit bacon and add mushrooms or crispy fried onions.
