- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
- Layer sliced bananas evenly across bottom of dish.
- In a bowl, whisk sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk. Pour over bananas.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over banana mixture.
- Bake 40–45 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve warm with ice cream or cream.
